1. Apartments have 175m2 and sit on a plot of 235m2. The owner says the apartments should have about 235m2. The tittle deed says the garden is 131m2 where the restaurant is, but it should have 140m2 plus three "pontas" each having 70-80m2. One more object behind the house has 68m2 registered in the tittle deed, but should have 97m2 + a few more m2 for terraces and basement that have not been included in that number.
